Scout Notes

Atlanta traffic is what is… and sometimes that’s infuriating, mind-numbing, stress-inducing madness. And even if you don’t have to go through the traffic, you probably have your own life stressors whether it be work or relationships or your favorite TV show getting cancelled. Whatever your Zen-zapper may be, experience the all the benefits of Infinity Yoga’s expert teacher team and diverse class schedule with two weeks of unlimited classes at their new Old Fourth Ward location.

Located in the same building as Highland Bakery, the renovated space features exposed brick, wood flooring and lots of relaxing natural light from large windows. Classes are hosted throughout the day, and they have a changing room and shower on-site if you have to go to work or dinner after your class, which, by the way, can be as rigorous or as relaxing as you choose. Their signature Infinity Flow class is among the more challenging, channeling Vinyasa yoga which is a constant flow of positions (and not recommended for beginners). Restorative, on the other side of the spectrum, is meant to relax and decompress with a slower flow. If you’re a crossfitter, dancer, runner or an otherwise athletic human, their knowledgeable staff offers classes aimed directly at you too. Loosen up those hard-earned muscles and gain flexibility with their stretchy cross-training.

Beginners
Never done yoga? No problem! This class is for you. Learn the fundamental poses and technique of "vinyasa." In this tutorial based class, they go slow, with the opportunity for questions. Gain the confidence and skills to branch out into our all-levels classes. Class temperature is 75-78.

Yoga Basics
A slow paced class, designed to focus on alignment and adjustments for foundational poses. Also perfectly aligned as the next step past "Beginners", to continue to introduce the foundational elements of yoga. Perfect for anyone looking to continue to hone their new practice (and perfectly suitable if you haven't been to our beginners class yet too!) and excellent for rehabilitation, recovery, or just not feeling up to a power flow on a given day! Class temperature is 75-78.

Restorative
Restorative Yoga is a slow all-levels class designed to balance an active practice or decompress after a stressful day. Using props, postures are held for a longer period of time to initiate a deep relaxation of the body and mind. Classroom temperature is 75-78.

Yoga for Athletes/Runners
This class is a cross training class for athletes to help improve strength, flexibility, recovery, stability and a strong mental focus. You don't have to be an endurance athlete to get a lot out of this class! All-levels welcome! Classroom is not heated.

Infinity Flow
Powerful dynamic flowing sequences with music! Many skill levels come to this class so many options are given, however knowledge of sun salutations and solid all around fitness is recommended. Be prepared to sweat and have fun! Classroom temperature is WARM (between 82-87 degrees).

As mentioned, this is just an example of the more basic-level class offerings at Infinity Yoga. For more information on all they have to offer, check out their website. Students are encouraged to bring their own mats, although mats are available for rent at $2. Wear clothing that allows you to move comfortably, but is tight enough for the teachers to see your form. Scoutmob is an online community for people to express their local interests (the "Services") through our website located at http://www.scoutmob.com and other online areas owned or operated by us, such as our Facebook, Twitter and mobile phone applications (the "Site"). The Services also include the opportunity for you to purchase special Hand-Picked Deals (as described below) for the products and services of third party merchants. The Services and Site are collectively referred to here as "Scoutmob."

Conditional Use of Our Site and Services

Your permission to use Scoutmob is conditioned upon your agreement that you:

Terms of Sale

  1. How It Works

    By placing an order for a given Deal, you make an offer to purchase the Deal you have selected on the terms, restrictions and conditions associated with the Deal. Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation of the Deal and your Reservation. Your credit card will be charged for the amount of the Deal. We will notify you by email when the Deal is to be used.

  2. Expiration Dates

    If applicable, the expiration date for a Deal and Reservation is noted on your confirmation and receipt.

  3. Deal Specific Terms

    Each Deal has specific terms associated with the Deal, which will be presented to you at the time you commit to purchase the particular Deal. Deal specific terms supersede any inconsistent terms in this Agreement, except to the extent such terms are prohibited by applicable law.

  4. General Terms

    Unless otherwise stated in the Deal or required by law, the following additional terms apply to all Vouchers:

    • no cash value for any Deal,
    • no cash back will be issued for partial redemption of the paid portion of a Voucher, except as required by law,
    • Deals cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotions unless otherwise noted in the Reservation,
    • Deals cannot be used for taxes, tips, prior balances, shipping or handling, as applicable,
    • neither Scoutmob nor the Merchant is responsible for lost or stolen Deals or Deal reference numbers,
    • duplicate use, sale or trade of a Deals is prohibited, except as required by law,

  5. Promotions of Deals and Hand-Picked Deals

    From time to time we may offer special promotions, contests and/or sweepstakes intended to provide you an incentive to purchase Deals or to encourage you to get others to do so. The applicable rules will be posted on the Site in or near the description of each such promotion. We reserve the right to interpret these rules in our sole discretion, and you hereby agree to our interpretation.
