And one glance at the menu reveals that the love of titillating-tastes that drives Taco Cowboy. Here, the tortillas are vehicles for toppings that range from crispy fried avocado with black beans, lettuce, chipotle mayo to the “Trailer Park” taco with fried chicken, queso, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce to the classic carnitas, all with locally sourced fixin’s. And you? You all are in charge, so each of you pick your fav three and enjoy!
When you and your lucky dining buddy stop by, you'll start out with a delectable portion of salsa and chips. Accompanying that yummy appetizer, you'll EACH receive an ice-cold personal pitcher of Tom’s Margarita. Then the main course: tacos (or quesadillas if you roll like that)!.
