Thinking back on all the amazing new additions that 2018 brought to Atlanta, we’re feeling super-giddy with anticipation thinking about what 2019 has in store for us. One thing that we’re particularly looking forward to is more good meals at The Alden
, which is conceived by Chef Jared A. Hucks
and leverages tradition and innovation to create an expressive dining experience. In the words of Chef, “We serve a healthy selection of tasteful, contrasting dishes crafted from fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced locally and regionally. The menu features a modular selection of smaller and larger plates that encompass modern twists on Southern classics and other culturally-influenced mainstays. We pair our culinary work with a dynamic, high-quality wine & cocktail program.”

, The Alden is throwing a New’s Year Eve bash at the site of their new home in the heart of Chamblee. Now we’re really
talking about in with the new, cause this space is gorgeous is with an open kitchen as the center of all the action. To celebrate all this newness and to embrace the central, open design of his new restaurant, Chef Jared has decided to make one of the most experiential Chef’s Table experience to date!
For New Year’s Eve, you’ll be joining Executive Chef Jared as he serves a spread of six courses, giving attendees a full-on experience of the best that The Alden has to offer. To give you an idea of all six courses, expect to feast on the following: Oysters and Caviar, Hudson Valley Foie Gras, Maine Lobster Bisque, Peeky Toe Crab Souffle, Beef Wellington, and Praline Souffle! Oh, and there will be plenty of champagne and refreshments throughout!
So come to The Alden for their special “New Years Eve Traditions meets Innovation” event where Chef Jared will be providing modern interpretations of iconic classic dishes from celebrations past. Every guest will receive a champagne toast to begin their meal with and they will be doing two seatings one at 7:00 the other at 7:30. We look forward to ringing the New Year and setting a high bar for your best meal of the year!
