HOBNOB has made a name for itself in elevated gastropub fare—every item has a twist, from the mac and cheese made with truffle oil to the 100% Angus Choice burgers on brioche buns—but they’ve added some extra-comfy menu items and hand-picked a few to share with us, namely, burgers and pizza. But these aren’t just ho-hum burgers and pizzas. The burger menu at HOBNOB is build your own- pick a protein, including veggie options, and comes dressed however you want. We recommend Steakhouse Style with an onion ring and cheddar cheese. And we just about had a heart attack when we learned about the 50/50 burger- it’s a patty made with half beef, half bacon. We know, we'll let you catch your breath. (A burger that’s half bacon? It doesn't get any more American than that.)
And the pizza selection? Eat your heart out in true American style with the classic Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. We don’t even have to tell you what’s on that one, do we? There are even a a few new menu items we just need to shout about from the rooftops: the Pork Belly Pizza and the 50/50 Burger. The pork belly pizza features caramelized onions, tomato, pineapple, arugula and burrata, a cheese made like mozzarella, but with a decadent creamy center. Wrap up the whole experience with some Southern flair and have some warm cobbler topped with cool creamy ice cream, and give yourselves a hug.
